It’s all change for Somerset as the Unitary Authority prepares to launch on 1 April 2023.
The consultation for Local Community Networks, (LCNs), has been published.
LCNs will become the community voice and link to Somerset County with representatives from across all Parish Councils, authorities such as police, schools and health services, as well as community groups.
To be decided now, is where the boundaries of the LCNs will fall. It is a hot topic and all are encouraged to review and respond to the consultation.
